Hi, I’m Jacob Kresky, a Licensed Master Social Worker passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and trauma-informed care—because your therapy journey should reflect who you are and what you value most. With experience in crisis work and substance use treatment, I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and adjustment challenges. I also support clients navigating codependency, mood changes, and difficulty coping with life transitions. My goal is to help you strengthen your inner resources, manage distress more effectively, and move toward lasting change—at your own pace. Each session is tailored to your needs, blending structure and support with authenticity and warmth. I’m currently pursuing a higher level of clinical licensure and continued training to deepen my therapeutic skills.
