Therapy available for teens and adults, offered in-person or via telehealth
Services
Who
I provide individual, relationship/family therapy for adults and adolescents who are navigating emotional, relational, or life challenges. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about next steps. Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally, with care tailored to each person’s goals and needs.
In Person or Telehealth
Sessions are offered in person at the Wichita office location as well as through secure telehealth. Telehealth may be a good fit for clients seeking flexibility or those who prefer remote sessions, while in-person therapy offers a consistent, grounded setting for care.
What
Therapy sessions are structured yet flexible, combining reflection with practical skill-building. The focus is on helping clients better understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change over time. Care is client-centered and trauma-informed, with attention to safety, collaboration, and respect.
Supportive First Step
Beginning therapy can feel like a big decision. If you’re considering working with me, you’re welcome to reach out with questions or request a consultation to see whether this practice feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to move forward before you feel ready.
